Landlord fees

Let Only Service          8% (no VAT)

• Charged as a one-off payment upon the completion of the letting services

• Based on the total rent payable for the entire length of the tenancy

Let & Manage Service (Full management)          12% (no VAT)

• Charged on a month-to-month basis

• Based on the total rent payable for each month

Additional fees and charges:

• Renewal fee    5% (only applicable to "Let Only")

• Inventory report     £150 - £200 (varies in accordance with size of property)

• Deposit registration     £30 (only applicable to "Let Only")

• Arranging works and contractor     10% of total cost
