Renting guide
A guide to finding your new home...
Viewing the property
You can book your viewing online, via email or by simply giving us a call.
One of our agents will accompany you during the viewing to answer any questions and provide professional advice where necessary.
Making an offer
Once you have decided on your perfect property, you can contact us to make an offer. Please inform us of any specific requests or requirements, and we will communicate these to the landlord.
We will inform you as soon as your offer has been accepted by the landlord, and will require a holding deposit to remove the property from the market and secure it for you. Please see below for terms and conditions.
Referencing
We will usually require some or all of the following references depending on the applicants specific circumstances:
-
Bank account details
-
Previous landlord reference
-
Employer reference
-
Proof of employment/income
In all cases, we will need to obtain the applicant’s original acceptable documents that allow them to live in the UK. For a complete list of which documents are acceptable, please click here.
Completion
After your references have been accepted, you will be provided with the tenancy agreement and full details on how to proceed. Upon your move-in, we will inform you of your landlord or dedicated Property Manager's contact details and useful information on how to set up your bills.
With the tenancy agreement signed and initial monies paid, you will receive your keys to your new home...
